DCM Inc. on the East Coast is seeking a Harvest Associate to manage harvest and bucking of cannabis flower, maintain cleanliness and equipment, and meet daily production goals. The role emphasizes safety, data logging, and teamwork in a high-paced environment.

The position requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass a background check. On-site work five days a week with strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, training information, and policies.
• Maintain accurate data and equipment logs, and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in all harvest tasks: chopping, weighing, hanging, waste disposal, inventory management, and sanitizing equipment.
• Participate in bucking tasks: removing plants, operating bucking machines, collecting flower, trimming and waste, weighing, and storing dry flower.
• Clean gutters, tables, and irrigation lines to reset tables for next harvest.
• Complete daily duties on time and be willing to take on extra duties.
• Communicate openly with management and coworkers about daily production output.
• Flex to other departments as needed within production schedule.
• Must be comfortable in environments with temperatures 55°-85°.
