DCM Inc. is seeking a Packaging Associate to join our Maryland facility.

The role involves packaging finished goods (concentrates, oil syringes, vape carts, disposables), recording production logs, and performing routine inventory counts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness, follow SOPs and safety guidelines, and communicate daily production outputs to the management team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety instructions.
• Willingness to pass a Federal and State background check.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow SOPs, verbal directives, and training materials.
• Keep up-to-date scale logs and organized workspace.
• Apply labels to products and count units into case packs.
• Assist in daily machine cleaning and production tasks.
• Maintain communication with management about daily output.
• Be flexible to support other departments as needed.
