Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage shipping goods and inventory in our Maryland facility. The role focuses on accurate counting, organization, and ERP-based record-keeping to support efficient operations.

You will handle daily inventory tasks, assist with vault-related duties, and collaborate with the Inventory Manager to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a cannabis production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count in, and store shipments.
• Maintain inventory counts using ERP system.
• Audit inventory and assist vault audits as needed.
• Log purchase orders and receipts in ERP system.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external deliveries.
