Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to support the Inventory Manager with outbound-ready inventory, ensuring accuracy and clean standards in a fast-paced cannabis production environment.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work across departments. You will participate in vault audits, maintain organized product vaults, and adapt to production schedules while complying with SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• At least 2 years of inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inventory Manager with inventory control for finished goods pulled for outbound deliveries.
• Verify package compliance and accuracy before pulling items.
• Accurately case-pack batches as needed.
• Participate in vault inventory audits and maintain vault organization.
• Complete daily duties on time and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain open communication with management and coworkers about output and schedules.
