Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical and organizational skills.
• Mechanical inclination and comfort using basic tools.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements.
• Good mathematical skills and unit conversions.
• Team player with leadership ability and reliability.
• Physically able to lift 30–100 lbs and stand through shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and train assigned crew members.
• Train Assistant Operator and other crew.
• Delegate work and assign duties to crew.
• Match orders to specifications and keep quality standards.
• Handle paperwork and forms related to processes.
• May manage hazardous waste as part of daily duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
