Premier Packaging in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure quality standards across processes.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Expected Hours: 40 Hours. Overtime when needed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Join a team that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone, up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Manual dexterity; able to use hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Basic math for counting and measuring.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stitch gun, glue gun, hand bander, heat gun and bundler.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure correct product assembly.
• Perform general housekeeping at workstation and common areas.
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet standards.
• Handle and transport corrugated materials within the assembly area.
• Collaborate with forklift operators or other material handlers as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
