Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Indiana is seeking General Production Associates for a day shift. The role operates on a 545 AM to 600 PM schedule with a $17.25/hour rate and offers weekly pay, a clean and safe work environment, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, assembly tasks, following work instructions, operating machines, and performing quality checks while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts.
• Perform assembly and general production duties.
• Follow work instructions and control plans.
• Operate production machines and assist with changeovers.
• Perform quality checks and enter required data into quality systems.
• Input production data as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
• Assist with other departmental duties as assigned.
• Understand and follow all safety procedures, including required PPE, lockout locations, and emergency stops.
• Work in a fast paced manufacturing environment while maintaining production flow.
• Safely handle all types of glass.
