Job summary

Opportunity Builders, Inc. is seeking a Day Habilitation/CDS Program Supervisor in Millersville, MD. You will supervise DSPs, coordinate staffing and vehicle assignments, and ensure high-quality supports for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a wide range of people and families.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage assignments for up to 100 DSPs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Provide supervision and role modeling for staff and ensure quality service.
• Manage staffing and vehicle assignments for Day Habilitation and CDS programs.
• Coordinate transportation training and inspections for staff vehicles.
• Monitor attendance, coordinate with supervisors, and address discrepancies.
• Participate in management team activities and agency trainings.
