Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 15 DSPs and oversee up to 40 clients within designated caseload.
• Provide ongoing supervision, support, and staff performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
• Assist with program planning, data collection, and reporting per plans and policies.
• Lead group activities, skills training, and community outings for participants.
• Maintain records and communicate with the Care Manager and supervisors.
