Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully complete all certification and training requirements within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal cares, hygiene, medical and nutritional needs.
• Provide transportation as required and adhere to driving safety policies.
• Record daily observations and update care plans and logs promptly.
