Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the Mission, Vision and Values of Quick Care Home through action and presentation.
• Create a structured, nurturing environment responsive to participant needs.
• Ensure health, safety and personal development of participants in home and community.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care tasks.
• Maintain service records per regulations and ISP requirements.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and community activities.
