Job summary

VPI is seeking a Day Services Assistant to provide direct care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities in our day program. You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, social activities, and community integration, while following policies and documenting care.

You will also participate in ongoing training opportunities to support growth and deliver high-quality services in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• You are compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• You have experience working with people with disabilities or other special needs, or you are willing to learn.
• You are flexible and adaptable to changing situations and needs.
• You have a combination of education and experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
