Job summary

VPI in Appleton, Wisconsin seeks a Day Services Assistant to provide direct care and support in our day program for individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, social activities, community integration, and documentation while following agency policies. This part-time role includes ongoing training and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in the day program

• Maintain documentation and communicate with staff; adhere to policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• This is a 20-hour per week part-time position
