The Day School Office Supervisor provides administrative, financial, enrollment, records, and front office support to Day School staff and leadership. This position supports accurate tuition and fee tracking, ProCare data management, student records, purchasing documentation, parent communication systems, and daily office operations. The Office Manager helps ensure the Day School operates with professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and responsive service to families, staff, church partners, and the community.

The Day School Office Manager will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, administrative support, early childhood education, school administration, or a related field. Experience in a licensed childcare facility is preferred. The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills, comfort with ProCare or similar childcare management software, strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy with financial and student records. An associate’s degree is preferred. The employee must be willing to serve as a notary upon request and complete all required annual training, including CPR and first aid certification, as applicable.
