Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Homestead, PA. This entry-level role supports individuals in day programs, following ISP health and safety protocols and maintaining clear communication with family, medical professionals, and staff.

The position offers a 8:00am-3:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday, with pay at $15 per hour. A GED or high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; prior experience is optional but helpful.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma.
• Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety protocols outlined in each individual’s ISP.
• Communicate clearly with family, medical professionals, supports coordinators, behavior consultants, and staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and document progress notes.
• Review service notes for quality and participate in required trainings.
