Access Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional for our Day Program in Bethlehem, PA. You will provide personalized supports to adults with developmental disabilities to promote independence and meaningful daily activities.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site at the Bethlehem, PA location, with a focus on quality care and community involvement. Required background checks and a valid driver’s license are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history record required.

Aufgaben

• Implement the Individual Support Plan (ISP) for each participant.
• Record daily service notes and other documentation as assigned by Program Specialist/Team Lead.
• Help ensure the highest quality of care to individuals in meeting their needs.
• Establish a secure, positive environment that nurtures each individual's needs, self-expression, and goals.
• Facilitate an individual’s inclusion in the community through experiences and activities.
• Promote independence in daily activities, learning, leisure, and volunteer opportunities.
