Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma.
• Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow ISP health and safety protocols for individuals in the day program.
• Communicate clearly with family, medical professionals, supports coordinators and staff.
• Supervise individuals to maintain a safe environment and assist with ADLs.
• Complete relevant paperwork and documentation (Profiler, RADAR, assessments, notes).
