Job summary

Access Services in Dresher, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional for our Day Program. You will support adults with developmental disabilities, implement ISPs, and help individuals achieve personal goals in a community setting.

The role requires driving to community activities, a valid driver's license, and background checks. The position is full-time, weekdays 8:00AM-4:00PM at the Dresher program location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history required.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Community Participation Supports preferred within six months.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Individual Support Plan (ISP) for each participant.
• Record daily service notes and program documentation.
• Promote independence and community inclusion for participants.
• Provide a secure, caring environment that supports individual goals.
• Support daily living, learning, leisure, and volunteer activities.
