Qualifications

• Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized training, license, certification: First Aid, CPR, SCIP-R and BIPP.
• Any medication administration certification and NYS driving license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist program management to ensure ISP Plans and Staff Action Plans are met.
• Develop individualized, person-centered program plans to promote independence and community inclusion.
• Promote self-determination and informed risk-taking while respecting personal lifestyle choices.
