Job summary

Life Opportunities Unlimited in Ridgewood, NJ, seeks a Day Program Operations Manager to oversee staffing, transportation logistics, and program services for adults with developmental disabilities. You will manage staff, ensure policy adherence, and monitor client and program records across multiple sites.

The role requires 1–3 years of leadership, a BS/BA or equivalent, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).
• Proven professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff to ensure policies, procedures, and staffing requirements are followed.
• Maintain all client and program records (progress notes, plans, facility and vehicle records).
• Work under the Director of Day Program Services and coordinate with central office, group homes, families, and coordinators.
