ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Day Program and Employment Services supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will oversee delivery of services, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality supports across the program.

The role emphasizes hiring, training, retention, and collaboration with behavior support planning and program compliance to maintain PAWS accuracy and overall quality of service.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served at our Day Program.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Hiring, training and retaining quality employees.
• Participating in the development of behavior support plans for individuals served.
• Ensuring all PAWS are accurate and complete.
