ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Parma Heights, Ohio is seeking a Day Program Manager to oversee the supports and services for individuals served in our Day Program and Employment Services. You will coordinate staff, supervise service delivery, and help ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include hiring, training and retaining qualified employees, participating in behavior support plan development, and maintaining accurate program records.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall supports and services for individuals in Day Program.
• Coordinate staffing and service delivery; supervise staff.
• Participate in hiring, training, and retention of employees.
• Support development of behavior plans for individuals served.
• Ensure program records are accurate and complete.
