Job summary

Enable, Inc. is seeking a Day Services Direct Support Professional in Bismarck, ND to provide compassionate support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with training provided to build the necessary skills and confidence.

The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, patience, and teamwork, and holds a valid driver's license to transport participants in a passenger van as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to drive a passenger van.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting.
