Job summary

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking an Employment Support Professional to provide direct care in the day support and vocational program for adults with disabilities. The role requires lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds and working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m. You will assist individuals to realize personal goals, build social networks, maintain health and home, navigate community resources, and advocate for respectful treatment.

Qualifications

• Interest in supporting people with disabilities.
• Ability to work both as a team and alone, completing tasks as instructed.
• Willingness to help people learn and grow regardless of disability.
• Background investigation requirements must be met; drug-free workplace.
• A valid driver license and insurance.
