Job summary

Chrysalis seeks a Direct Support Professional to join its day program team. You will work closely with individuals to ensure safety, respect, mentoring, and engagement in activities, both at the workplace and in the community.

Responsibilities include creating opportunities to improve quality of life, documenting progress, and supporting daily living skills. A flexible schedule from 7am–2:30pm or 1pm–9pm is required.

Qualifications

• Be able to work from 7am to 2:30pm or 1pm-9pm.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
