Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in our day program, partnering with individuals to ensure safety, respect, mentorship and engagement in activities. Qualifications

• Be able to work between 7am-4:30pm Monday through Friday and closed all major holidays.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must be willing to drive a company vehicle to transport individuals.
• Must be an approved company driver and hold a valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Capable of communicating well in verbal and written form.
• Able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames.
• Have good judgment and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals in the day program work with individuals in workplace settings and in the community.
• Your main job is to create opportunities for the individuals to increase their quality of life.
