Job summary

Road to Responsibility in Taunton, MA is hiring for a full-time position to support and evaluate adults with developmental disabilities in a day habilitation setting. This role includes essential duties in coordinating therapeutic services and case management, ensuring compliance with state requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS Degree and/or 2-4 years of relevant experience, as well as excellent English communication skills. A competitive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree and/or 2-4 years related experience or training.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI).

Responsibilities

• Review treatment and habilitation goals for recipients monthly.
• Supervise implementation of ISP/DHSP and maintain records.
• Coordinate therapeutic services for assigned individual members.
• Prepare required reports in accordance with state and agency requirements.

Skills

Fluency in English

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
