Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience with adults with I/DD.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with DHSP/ISP systems, DDS regulations, PBS, and human rights advocacy preferred.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership and oversight of assigned groups of program participants and staff.
• Ensure that scheduled activities are thoughtfully planned and executed.
• Provide staff with supervision, training and support.
• Maintain safety and program quality compliance.
• Complete case management assignments in a timely fashion.
• Provide direct support to program participants as needed.
