CCS Facility Services - Orange County, Inc. is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the common areas of office buildings, apartments, and other commercial properties in a clean, orderly condition. You will spot-clean lobby doors, vacuum elevator cabs, inspect exteriors, and keep restrooms and entryways tidy.

This role emphasizes dependability, punctuality, and adherence to safety procedures, with reporting duties to Management as required. The position is on-site and part of a larger facilities team.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby once a day or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Clean walls, doors, and wall coverings to remove smudges.
