Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and entryways.
• Vacuum and clean elevator cabs and lobby areas.

• Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness of restrooms.
• Dust mop and sweep floors in common areas daily.
• Report any lighting or maintenance issues to management.
• Assist building engineer as needed.
• Polish fixtures and maintain overall tidiness of the lobby.
