CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain common areas of office buildings and other commercial facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Duties include cleaning lobby glass, restrooms, floors, trash handling, and reporting maintenance needs to the Management Office.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform janitorial duties in office buildings and other commercial facilities.
• Must adhere to safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on entrance areas.
• Vacuum and clean elevator cabs; wipe walls, doors, and surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and clean restrooms twice daily; maintain common areas.
• Sweep and dust mop lobby floors; ensure building entrances are clean.
• Report lighting or maintenance issues to management as needed.
