CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the common areas of office buildings in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and requires attention to cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities include targeted cleaning tasks, restroom checks, trash collection, and reporting maintenance issues to management. The position emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and teamwork within a supportive maintenance

Responsabilités

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect building exterior and collect trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily.
• Report lights out to Management.
• Assist building Engineer daily per management.
