Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain common areas of office buildings and other facilities. The role involves cleaning duties, trash removal, restroom care, and routine inspections to ensure a clean, safe environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality are essential for daily operations.
• Dependability and reliability in performing assigned tasks.
• Observes safety procedures and reports hazards promptly.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily; dust mop floors twice daily.
• Assist building Engineer as needed.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons.
• Report lights out and solicitors to Management Office.
