Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors and vacuum elevator cabs.
• Vacuum elevator interiors, wipe walls and doors.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Check restrooms twice daily and keep lobby clean.
• Vacuum and dust mop lobby floors; sweep stairs and entrances.
• Empty trash receptacles and remove debris from landscaped areas.
• Report lights out or safety issues to Management.
