Job summary

Integrity Property Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Day Porter to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall presentation of commercial properties across San Diego County. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting tenants and property managers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial janitorial or day porter work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial janitorial or day porter preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned property to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the property.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restocking supplies.
• Clean entrances, lobbies, elevators, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors as needed.
• Remove litter and debris from sidewalks and parking areas.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
• Perform minor touch-ups for spills and messes.
• Monitor supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Set up or move tables and chairs as requested.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants and supervisors.
• Complete daily inspections and logs.
