Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings, including lobbies, restrooms, and entrances. The role involves light cleaning, trash removal, and reporting maintenance needs to management.

The worker will follow safety procedures, demonstrate reliability and punctuality, and support building operations. This is a on-site position with potential daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Must maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings.
• Follow safety and security procedures at all times.
• Able to vacuum, polish, and report hazards.
• Excellent time management and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe surfaces twice daily.
• Inspect building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Vacuum lobby and carpeted areas as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and entrances.
• Report lights out to Management.
• Policing lobby during high-traffic times.
• Assist building Engineer daily.
