CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings, apartment houses, and other commercial properties. The role includes spot cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom checks, and reporting maintenance issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and sweep entrances.
