Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dependable cleaner to maintain pristine lobbies and common areas in our building portfolio. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, spot clean glass, vacuum, trash removal, and report maintenance needs.

Applicants should be punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious, with a willingness to work flexible hours to support building operations and client expectations. DailyPay is available for eligible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby once a day or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Clean and remove smudges and marks on walls, doors, and wall coverings.
• Report lights out and solicitors to Management Office.
