Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain common areas in office buildings and other facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning lobby doors, vacuuming elevator cabs, and checking restrooms to keep spaces orderly and safe throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or building services is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong safety and security awareness during daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby and dust mop floors as assigned.
