Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cabs doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily; sweep stairwells and landings.
• Report lights out and solicitors to Management.
• Policing during high-traffic times each day.
• Vacuum carpeted floors; dust mop lobby floors twice daily.
• Assist building Engineer daily as directed.
