Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Denver is seeking a full-time Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of office buildings, apartment complexes, and other facilities. Duties include routine cleaning of common areas, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and lobby safety checks.

The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious, able to follow instructions and work independently. DailyPay is offered, with support from the site management team as part of a collaborative facilities staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Clean restrooms twice daily and sweep entrances.
• Policing lobby to keep floors and planters free of debris during high traffic.
• Report lights out and safety concerns to Management.
