CCS Facility Services is seeking a reliable Day Porter to maintain the common areas of office buildings, apartment houses, and other facilities in a clean and orderly condition. The role supports building operations and maintains a presentable environment for tenants and visitors.

Essential duties include spot cleaning lobby doors, vacuuming, restroom checks, trash removal, reporting maintenance needs to the Management Office, and assisting building staff daily. DailyPay is available.

Responsabilités

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby once a day or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Report lights out or security issues to Management.
