Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and order of common areas in office buildings and other facilities in Colorado. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, assist building staff, and help uphold safe, welcoming environments for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, restrooms, floors, and common areas; reporting maintenance needs; and following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby and doors, vacuum lobby carpets, and maintain clean common areas.
• Inspect and report lights out and maintenance needs to Management.
• Assist building Engineer and support daily operations as directed.
