CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness of common areas in office buildings, apartments, or other facilities in theAurora region. Responsibilities include lobby cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and reporting maintenance needs.

The role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability, with duties spread throughout the workday. The position emphasizes safety and adherence to building standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning tasks in office buildings as described in duties.
• Must maintain clean and orderly common areas and respond to management requests.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice daily.
• Inspect building exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily and vacuum lobby daily.
• Clean and remove smudges on walls, doors, and wall coverings; report lights out.
