Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls and tops.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Check restrooms and clean surfaces; report lights out to Management.
• Vacuum lobby, sweep stairs and clean entrances as needed.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas and keep floors free of paper or debris.
