Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean and maintain common areas in offices and buildings.
• Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces, and empty trash as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the Management Office.
• Polish lobby fixtures and assist building engineers when required.
