Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness and safety of client facilities. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom/break room cleaning with a professional, initiative-taking attitude.

Ideal candidates will have dependable work ethic and may have prior janitorial experience; we offer health benefits, 401K, and opportunities for growth. This is a full-time position based in Florida, with a pay rate of $15.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
