Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking a dependable Day Porter to support our facility services in Orlando. This role involves porter duties such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms to keep facilities healthy and sanitary.

Ideal candidates will be initiative-taking, hardworking, and reliable, with a professional appearance. The position offers a $15 hourly rate, full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and a benefits package including health

Qualifications

• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Full-time position with pay rate of $15 per hour.
• Work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
