Job summary

Pritchard Industries LLC is seeking an exterior Day Porter to perform porter services and exterior cleaning, trash removal, and use of equipment. Duties include sweeping, shovels, and other tools to keep exteriors clean and safe. Training will be provided and a professional appearance is expected.

Hours are from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. The job offers health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and opportunities for growth in a full-time role with a pay

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Reliable transportation to and from shift.
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Exterior cleaning, sweeping, trash removal, and use of equipment such as electric blowers, brooms, shovels.
• May perform vacuuming, mopping, and interior cleaning of restrooms and break rooms as needed.
• Maintain buildings and facilities in a healthy, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Demonstrate professional attitude, initiative, and dependability.
• Be available for full-time schedule and potential growth opportunities.

We are seeking to hire a exterior Day Porter. You will be responsible for porter services and will include exterior cleaning, sweeping, trash removal, usage of electric blowers, brooms, shovels and other equipment and may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal restroom and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.

• Pay rate: $15.00/hr
• Hours: 40 hrs/week, 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday
