Job summary

The Resource Center in Jamestown, NY is seeking a Day Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Day Habilitation program, supervise staff, and ensure compliant service delivery. The role requires coordinating training, staffing, and program guidelines under the Residence Coordinator Supervisor/designee.

You will work closely with Supervisors, Habilitation Specialists, and other departments to deliver person-centered services, manage records, and uphold agency standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulations governing Day Habilitation Programs in New York State.
• Experience in management/supervisory or administrative capacity.
• Experience serving individuals with disabilities, including planning.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative supervision of assigned Day Services staff, including hiring, discipline, evaluations and scheduling.
• Coordinates staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintains compliance with government regulations and agency policies in day habilitation.
• Oversees intake, documentation, and coordination with other departments to support participants.
